The kitchen gets its list
Each guest ticks their allergens from the 14 on the EU list and can add a note. You get one summary to forward to the caterer.
The number the venue asks for
See who said yes and who still hasn't answered. Cap the event at a number of people, and export the list to CSV when the venue wants it.
